Pleasant Grove's local crew for streak-free windows, pressure washing, and clean gutters. From Grove Creek to Manila, we cover the whole city.
Pleasant Grove has serious variety — older Manila and Grove Heights homes, newer builds up near Battle Creek Falls, and big foothill properties along the east bench. The Grove also gets a specific mix of weather: heavy canyon winds in winter, foothill runoff in spring, and cottonwood seed everywhere in June. We know the drill.
Streak-free interior & exterior. Residential and commercial.
Driveways, siding, decks, patios. Soft wash and high pressure.
Full clearing, downspout flush, and roofline inspection.
PG is a city where a homeowner could be on a quarter-acre mid-century lot in Manila, a two-story newer build near Harvest Hills, or a foothill property up by the Battle Creek Falls trailhead. Each of those comes with different glass, different siding, and different debris loads. We've worked all of them. Businesses along Grove Creek Drive and State Street call us for storefront service on a recurring schedule.
We stay local, we keep the crew small and trained, and we show up when we say we will. Strawberry Days weekend included.
If you live in PG, you've probably seen at least one of these:
Canyon wind grit off the east bench. Homes near the mouth of Battle Creek Canyon and up along the Grove Creek area take heavy wind-driven grit. Fine canyon dust sandblasts south- and east-facing windows and gutters fill faster than you'd expect with dry plant debris.
Cottonwood seed in late May and June. Mature cottonwoods throughout the older neighborhoods drop a massive seed load every year. If you don't clear gutters before the summer monsoons, you'll be dealing with overflow and fascia staining by August.
Hard water etching from irrigation. PG's pressurized irrigation and well overspray leaves heavy mineral deposits, especially on homes with south-facing picture windows. We catch fresh spots easily; older glass often needs our restoration treatment.
Foothill pollen and pine sap. Spring and early summer bring heavy pollen loads, and homes near the foothills pick up pine sap from Douglas firs and scrub oak. Both need the right solvents — regular glass cleaner just smears it.
We service PG businesses along Grove Creek Drive, State Street, and the Pleasant Grove Boulevard tech corridor — storefronts, restaurants, office space, and medical/dental buildings. Recurring monthly and quarterly contracts available with discounted pricing. If you're managing an HOA or multi-unit portfolio in the Grove, we do that too.
Two ways: call or text us at 801-980-1471, or fill out our quick quote form. Most PG quotes come back within a few hours, and we can typically get you on the schedule within the same week.
